CERTAIN OBSOLETE REFERENCES; TO REMOVE THE DESCRIPTION OF THE
TOWN BOUNDARIES FROM THE TOWN CHARTER AND TO REFER INSTEAD
THE RECORDED DOCUMENTS.
[Section 102 of the Charter of the Town of Goldsboro, Caroline County, as found
in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990
Replacement Edition and 2004 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

A RESOLUTION concerning
Spiering Farm Annexation - 156.489 Acres
FOR the purpose of authorizing the annexation of 156.489 acres, more or less, of
contiguous land into the corporate limits of the Town of Greensboro by amending
the corporate limits of the Town; establishing certain terms, conditions and
circumstances applicable to such land and to the owners thereof; providing for
the zoning of such land upon annexation; and all matters relating to the
annexation of such 156.489 acres of land, more or less, into the Town of
Greensboro.
[Pursuant to Section 101 of the Charter of the Town of Greensboro, Caroline
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2004 Supplement).
