SECTION 3-10, SUBSECTION (B) ENTITLED "STATEMENT OF CANDIDACY" OF
THE CITY CHARTER TO AMEND THE DATE ON WHICH THE STATEMENT OF
CANDIDACY SHALL BE MADE.
[Section 3-10(b) of the Charter of the City of Cambridge, Dorchester County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2004 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

THE CITY CHARTER TO PROVIDE FOR A UNIFORM DATE BY WHICH
PERSONS MUST REGISTER TO VOTE IN CITY ELECTIONS.
