ENLARGING THE CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF BOWIE BY
ANNEXING LAND CONTIGUOUS AND ADJOINING TO THE EXISTING
CORPORATE AREA OF THE CITY OF BOWIE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY
KNOWN AS THE WOODMORE AT OAK CREEK SUBDIVISION CONSISTING OF
APPROXIMATELY 131.7766 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF
CHURCH ROAD, SOUTH OF MARYLAND ROUTE 214 (CENTRAL AVENUE),
LYING ADJACENT TO THE DEVELOPMENTS OF COLLINGTON MANOR AND
COLLINGTON STATION.
