OF A FELONY AND ON CONVICTION IS SUBJECT TO IMPRISONMENT NOT EXCEEDING
10 YEARS OR A FINE NOT EXCEEDING $10,000 OR BOTH. (2) A PERSON WHO VIOLATES § 10-303(2)(II) OF THIS SUBTITLE IS GUILTY
OF A FELONY AND ON CONVICTION IS SUBJECT TO IMPRISONMENT NOT EXCEEDING
20 YEARS OR A FINE NOT EXCEEDING $20,000 OR BOTH. [10-306. Prosecution of a person under this subtitle does not preclude prosecution and
imposition of penalties for another crime in addition to the penalties imposed under
this subtitle.] 10-306. A SENTENCE IMPOSED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE MAY BE SEPARATE FROM AND
CONSECUTIVE TO OR CONCURRENT WITH A SENTENCE FOR ANY CRIME BASED ON
THE ACT ESTABLISHING THE VIOLATION OF THIS SUBTITLE. Article - Transportation 20-102. (a)     (1) The driver of each vehicle involved in an accident that results in
bodily injury to [or death of] another person immediately shall stop the vehicle as
close as possible to the scene of the accident, without obstructing traffic more than
necessary. (2) THE DRIVER OF EACH VEHICLE INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT THAT
RESULTS IN BODILY INJURY TO ANOTHER PERSON IMMEDIATELY SHALL RETURN TO
AND REMAIN AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT UNTIL THE DRIVER HAS COMPLIED
WITH § 20-104 OF THIS TITLE. (b)     (1) THE DRIVER OF EACH VEHICLE INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT THAT
RESULTS IN THE DEATH OF ANOTHER PERSON IMMEDIATELY SHALL STOP THE
VEHICLE AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE TO THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT, WITHOUT
OBSTRUCTING TRAFFIC MORE THAN NECESSARY. (2) The driver of each vehicle involved in an accident that results in
[bodily injury to or] THE death of another person immediately shall return to and
remain at the scene of the accident until the driver has complied with § 20-104 of this
title. 21-902. (a) (1) A person may not drive or attempt to drive any vehicle while under
the influence of alcohol.
