(4) the Executive Director of the State Board of Pharmacy, or the
Executive Director's designee;
(5) the Executive Director of the Maryland Health Insurance Plan, or the
Executive Director's designee; and
one representative of the Board of Directors for the
Maryland Health Insurance Plan, as determined by the Chairman of the Board of
Directors;
(4)     one representative of the State Board of Pharmacy, as determined by
the President of the State Board of Pharmacy;
(5)     the following two members, appointed by the Secretary of Health and
Mental Hygiene:
(i) one representative of the Maryland Medical Assistance Program
in the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; and
(ii) one representative of the Office of Health Care Quality in the
Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; and
(6)     the following six eight members, appointed by the Governor:
(i) one representative of the American Cancer Society;
(ii) one hospital representative; (iii)   one nursing home representative; (iv)    one representative of a community health center; (v)     one pharmacy representative; and (vi)    one representative of the Medbank Program; (vii)  one representative of the pharmaceutical industry; and (viii) one representative of the University of Maryland School of
Pharmacy.
(c)      The members shall elect a chair from among the members. (d)     The Department of Health and Mental Hygiene shall provide staff for the
Task Force. (e)     A member of the Task Force may not receive compensation. (f) The Task Force shall: (1) study and make recommendations regarding the establishment of a
Prescription Drug Repository Program in the State, including: (i) types of drugs that may be donated to the Program; (ii) types of drugs that may not be donated to the Program; (iii) who may donate drugs to the Program; - 4047 -
