(A) IN THIS TITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED.
(B) "CERTIFICATE OF DOMESTIC PARTNERSHIP" MEANS A CERTIFICATE
ISSUED BY THE SECRETARY ESTABLISHING A DOMESTIC PARTNERSHIP AND
AUTHORIZING THE DOMESTIC PARTNERS TO CLAIM THE BENEFITS OF A DOMESTIC
PARTNERSHIP.
