an individual who provides stationary engineer services in Baltimore City be licensed
by the Board on or after October 1, 2005, and that an individual who provides
stationary engineer services in a subdivision of the State other than Baltimore City
on or after October 1, 2005, be licensed by the Board on or after July 1, 2006.
SECTION 11. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections 2 and 4
through 10 of this Act shall take effect October 1, 2005.
SECTION 12. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 3 of this Act
shall take effect October 2, 2005.
SECTION 13. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, except as provided in
Sections 11 and 12 of this Act, this Act shall take effect July 1, 2005.

(House Bill 1594)
AN ACT concerning
Maryland Agricultural and Resource-Based Industry Development
Corporation - Annual State Funding and Duties
FOR the purpose of requiring authorizing the Governor to include certain funding for
the Maryland Agricultural and Resource-Based Industry Development
Corporation in the State budget during certain fiscal years each year;
authorizing the Corporation to work with certain lending and grant-making
institutions to make certain land and easement purchases; and generally
relating to the Maryland Agricultural and Resource-Based Industry
Development Corporation.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 41 - Governor - Executive and Administrative Departments
Section 13-503 and 13-513(c)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
