AN ACT concerning
Corporations and Associations - Notice of Change of Resident Agent - Filing
Fees
FOR the purpose of altering the nonrefundable fee that the Department of
Assessments and Taxation must collect to process a notice of change of the name
or address of a resident agent; establishing a certain maximum fee for a bulk
filing of notices of changes of the names or addresses of resident agents; and
generally relating to fees collected by the Department of Assessments and
Taxation.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

1-203.
(a) In addition to any organization and capitalization fee required under §
1-204 of this article, subject to subsection (c) of this section, the Department shall
collect the fees specified in subsection (b) of this section.
(b) (2) For each of the following documents, the nonrefundable processing
fee is [$25] AS INDICATED:
(i) Notice of change of address of principal office[;] ....................$25
