ROBERT L. EHRLICH, JR., Governor                             Ch. 600 (c) with reference to other financial assistance provided, including financial
assistance provided under the buy-down program, the amounts and sources of the
financial assistance and the borrowers' counties of residence. SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an
emergency measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health
or safety, has been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the
members elected to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take
effect from the date it is enacted. Section 1 of this Act shall remain effective through
May 31 June 30 May 31, [2005] 2006 and, at the end of May 31 June 30 May 31,
[2005] 2006, with no further action required by the General Assembly, Section 1 of
this Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That all applications for
financial assistance under Chapters 7 and 8 of the Acts of 2004 shall be received by
the Department by June 30 September 30, 2005, and may be considered for financial
assistance through June 30 May 31, 2006. SECTION 2. 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an
emergency measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health

CHAPTER 600
(House Bill 1336) AN ACT concerning Family Law - Treatment Foster Care Children in Out-of-Home Placements - Placement of Sibling Siblings FOR the purpose of requiring the Social Services Administration to place the sibling
of a child in treatment foster care who is also in an out of home placement in
the same home as the child if the Administration finds that placement of the
sibling and the child together is in the best interests of both children; and
generally relating to the program of out of home placement for children
a local
department of social services to place together siblings who are in an
out-of-home placement under certain circumstances; authorizing a local
department of social services to place together siblings who are in an
out-of-home placement together under certain circumstances; and generally
relating to children in out-of-home placements. BY repealing and reenacting, with without amendments,
