RULE OR REGULATION ADOPTED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE OR UNDER SUBTITLE 5 OF
THIS TITLE, OR A LAW GOVERNING MORTGAGE LENDING IN THE STATE.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2005.

AN ACT concerning
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission - Sewer Usage Charges
MC/PG 120-05
FOR the purpose of authorizing, under the Washington Suburban Sanitary
Commission (WSSC) law, certain properties to use a certain separate metered
connection under certain circumstances; establishing methods for determining
sewer usage charges for certain properties; making stylistic changes; and
generally relating to sewer usage charges collected by the WSSC.
