5. $8,000, IF THE APPLICANT'S ANNUAL GROSS REVENUE IS
MORE THAN $30,000,000; and
(ii) A fee, not exceeding [$1,000] $2,000, for the issuance of a AN
INITIAL license under this subtitle in an odd-numbered year AS FOLLOWS:
1. $500, IF THE APPLICANT'S ANNUAL GROSS REVENUE IS
NOT MORE THAN $3,000,000;
2. $1,000, IF THE APPLICANT'S ANNUAL GROSS REVENUE IS
MORE THAN $3,000,000 BUT NOT MORE THAN $6.000,000;
3. $2,000, IF THE APPLICANT'S ANNUAL GROSS REVENUE IS
MORE THAN $6,000,000 BUT NOT MORE THAN $15,000,000;
4. $3,000, IF THE APPLICANT'S ANNUAL GROSS REVENUE IS
MORE THAN $15,000,000 BUT NOT MORE THAN $30,000,000; OR
5. $4,000, IF THE APPLICANT'S ANNUAL GROSS REVENUE IS
MORE THAN $30,000,000;
(2) A fee, not exceeding [$2,000] $4,000, for renewal of a license issued
under this subtitle AS FOLLOWS:
(I) $1,000, IF THE APPLICANT'S ANNUAL GROSS REVENUE IS NOT
MORE THAN $3,000,000;
(II) $2,000, IF THE APPLICANT'S ANNUAL GROSS REVENUE IS MORE
THAN $3,000,000 BUT NOT MORE THAN $6,000,000;
(III) $4,000, IF THE APPLICANT'S ANNUAL GROSS REVENUE IS MORE
THAN $6,000,000 BUT NOT MORE THAN $15,000,000;
(IV) $6,000, IF THE APPLICANT'S ANNUAL GROSS REVENUE IS MORE
THAN $15,000,000 BUT NOT MORE THAN $30,000,000; OR
(V) $8,000, IF THE APPLICANT'S ANNUAL GROSS REVENUE IS MORE
THAN $30,000,000;
(3) A fee, not exceeding OF $100, for each location in the State at which a
licensee provides debt management services under this subtitle, payable at the time
of issuance of APPLICATION FOR an initial license and at each renewal of a license;
and
(4) A fee, not exceeding OF $1,000, for an investigation of an applicant or
licensee under this subtitle, PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION FOR AN INITIAL
LICENSE.
(b) Any fees charged by the Commissioner under this subtitle shall
approximate the direct and indirect costs of administering and enforcing this subtitle.
