Section 4-103(a)(6)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article - Tax - General
4-103.
(a) The admissions and amusement tax may not be imposed by:
(6) Harford County on gross receipts derived from:
(i) any admissions and amusement charge for golf entertainment;
[or]
(ii) any admissions and amusement charge in connection with a
business that provides drive-in movie entertainment;
(III) ANY ADMISSIONS AND AMUSEMENT CHARGE FOR ANY
ACTIVITIES RELATED TO AGRICULTURAL TOURISM; OR
(IV) ANY ADMISSIONS AND AMUSEMENT CHARGE BY A ROLLER
SKATING RINK.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 2005.

CHAPTER 532
(House Bill 291)
AN ACT concerning
Ocean Pines Police Department
FOR the purpose of codifying provisions relating to the Ocean Pines Police
Department; specifying that the Ocean Pines Police Department is not an
agency of Worcester County; specifying that Worcester County is not responsible
for certain acts or omissions; specifying the powers and the duties of the Ocean
Pines Police Department; requiring the Maryland Police Training Commission,
or a certain designee, to adopt certain standards; requiring that those members
of the Ocean Pines Police Department who meet the requirements of the Police
Training Commission shall be certified by the Commission; requiring the Board
of Directors of Ocean Pines Association, Incorporated, to adopt certain rules;
providing for the method of appointment, qualifications, duties, and
responsibilities of the Chief of Police of the Ocean Pines Police Department;
