SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the terms of the
appointed members of the Talbot County Board expire as follows:
(a) (1) The terms of the appointed members whose terms are scheduled to
expire on June 30, 2005, shall terminate at the end of December 31, 2006, and the
