(b)     Any data available on the human body burden or environmental
occurrence of brominated flame retardants decabrominated diphenyl ether; (c)      Recommendations regarding restrictions on the use, sale, and disposal of
products containing brominated flame retardants decabrominated diphenyl ether;
and (d)     Any other recommendations to further protection of public health and the
environment from brominated flame retardants decabrominated diphenyl ether. SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2005. Approved May 26, 2005.

AN ACT concerning Procurement - Exemptions - Policies and Procedures —Internal Oversight FOR the purpose of requiring certain units to have certain written policies and
procedures for certain procurements exempt from certain provisions of the
procurement law; providing for certain exceptions; establishing certain
requirements for certain written policies and procedures; requiring certain units
to submit certain written policies and procedures to the Board of Public Works
or certain boards, commissions, councils, or authorities for review at the
beginning of each fiscal year; requiring certain units to submit a certain report
to the Department of Budget and Management at a certain time each year;
establishing certain requirements for certain reports,
specifying the form for
certain reports; requiring certain units with certain exemptions to comply with
certain provisions of law; declaring the intent of the General Assembly; and
generally relating to policies, procedures, and internal oversight and procedures
regarding units with certain exemptions from the procurement law. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
