To become available immediately upon
passage of this budget to supplement the
appropriation for fiscal year 2005 to
provide spending authority for the
purchase of investments from the
proceeds of the sale general obligation
refunding bonds. The maturity of the
investments will provide the funds to pay
future years' debt service on refunded
bonds.
