2005 Deficiency Appropriation
D28A03.55 Baltimore Convention Center
To become available immediately upon
passage of this budget to supplement the
appropriation for fiscal year 2005 to
provide funds to the Maryland Stadium
Authority for the State's share of the
operating deficit of the Baltimore
Convention Center. A portion of the
deficiency ($1,700,000) is necessary to
cover the accumulated shortfall through
fiscal year 2004. The remainder is
necessary to supplement the
appropriation for fiscal year 2005.
