General Fund Appropriation, provided that
$75.000 of this appropriation may only be
used to fund a grant to the Baltimore
Symphony Orchestra (BSO). Further
provided that $75,000 of this
appropriation, made for the purpose of
funding the operations of the Division of
Business Development, may not be used
for that purpose but may only be used to
provide an additional $75,000 grant to the
BSO (for a total of $150,000). Funds
unexpended for this additional $75,000
grant at the end of the fiscal year shall
revert to the general fund. Further
provided that the funds for the additional
$75,000 grant to the BSO may not he
reduced from other grants within the
