provide the budget committees with a
report summarizing the fatherhood
program provisions of the federal law, the
resulting implications for fatherhood
programs in Maryland, a plan detailing
how the department intends to utilize the
federal funds on fatherhood programs,
and the ensuing opportunities and
challenges for Maryland's fatherhood
programs. The report shall be due to the
committees within 45 days of final
passage of any and all federal laws
providing Maryland with additional
federal funds for fatherhood programs.
