STATE FOREST AND PARK SERVICE

K00A04.01 Statewide Operation
General Fund Appropriation, provided that
this appropriation shall be reduced by
$3,000,000 $1,300,000 contingent upon
the enactment of legislation to increase
the State's share of property transfer tax
revenues available to operate State
Forests and Parks from $1.2 million to
$5.0 million $2,500,000.
Further provided that $250.000 of this
appropriation may not be expended until
the Department of Natural Resources
(DNR) (1) implements the first
recommendation in the February 2005
DNR Audit completed by the Department
of Legislative Services Office of
Legislative Audits; and (2) submits a
report to the budget committees detailing
how the lease has been modified. The
budget committees shall have 45 days
from the date of receipt of the report to
