047744. The amounts listed below, being
funds associated with these positions.

to increase the State subsidy for employee
and retiree health insurance:

Authorization is granted to transfer funds
restricted among the programs of the
budget as necessary to increase the State
subsidy for employee and retiree health
insurance. Funds not expended for this
