C00A00.04 District Court
Provided that 15 regular positions shall be
deleted from this budget. The Position
Identification Number (PIN) of the
specific positions deleted are NEW031
(0.5 FTE). NEW032 (0.5 FTE), NEW033,
NEW034, NEW086, NEW069, NEW070,
NEW071, NEW072, NEW073, NEW074,
NEW075, NEW076, NEW077, NEW078,
and NEW079. The amount listed below,
being funds associated with these
positions, shall be restricted and may be
used only to increase the State subsidy for
employee and retiree health insurance:
$214,873 general funds
Authorization is granted to transfer funds
restricted among the programs of the
budget as necessary to increase the State
subsidy for employee and retiree health
insurance. Funds not expended for this
purpose may not be expended and shall
revert or lapse into their fund of origin.
