Ch. 362 2005 LAWS OF MARYLAND
(g) Nothing in this section is intended to limit the manner in which a local
school obtains information or uses information obtained by any lawful means other
than that set forth in subsections (b), (c), and (e) of this section.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That it is the intent of the
General Assembly that nothing in this section shall be construed to alter the age at
which an individual is eligible for education and related services under the Education
Article.
SECTION 2. 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect October 1, 2005.

AN ACT concerning
Howard County - Board of Education - Reimbursement for Travel and Other
Expenses
Ho. Co. 13-05
FOR the purpose of repealing a provision entitling the Chairman and members of the
Howard County Board of Education to a certain allowance for travel and other
expenses; providing that the Chairman and members of the Howard County
Board of Education are entitled to receive reimbursement for travel and other
expenses as provided in the Howard County budget after submitting certain
vouchers under certain circumstances; and generally relating to the
reimbursement for travel and other expenses for the Chairman and members of
the Howard County Board of Education.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article - Education
3-703.
(a) The Chairman of the County Board is entitled to receive $14,000 annually
as compensation and the other members are entitled to receive $12,000 each annually
as compensation.
