Ch. 319 2005 LAWS OF MARYLAND
(G) THE COMMITTEE SHALL MONITOR ACCESS TO:
(1) PUBLIC MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES FOR ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS;
AND
(2) MEDICALLY NECESSARY MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES FOR
INDIVIDUALS COVERED BY PRIVATE INSURANCE.
(H) THE COMMITTEE SHALL SUBMIT AN ANNUAL REPORT TO THE GOVERNOR
AND, IN ACCORDANCE WITH § 2-1246 OF THIS TITLE, TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY,
REGARDING:
(1) SYSTEMIC BARRIERS TO ACCESS TO MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES;
AND
(2) RECOMMENDATIONS TO MITIGATE THESE BARRIERS.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October June 1, 2005.

(Senate Bill 565)
AN ACT concerning
Agriculture - Governor's Advisory Commission on Maryland Wine and
Grape Growing
FOR the purpose of repealing the provisions establishing the Advisory Committee on
Maryland Wine Winery and Grape Growers Growers' Advisory Board;
establishing the Governor's Advisory Commission on Maryland Wine and Grape
Growing; establishing certain membership of the Commission; establishing
certain terms of the members of the Commission; establishing certain
procedures of the Commission; requiring the Governor to appoint certain
members and to designate a certain member as Chairman; establishing certain
duties and powers of the Commission; requiring the Department of Agriculture
to provide staff to the Commission; repealing certain definitions; defining a
certain term; and generally relating to the establishment of the Governor's
Advisory Commission on Maryland Wine and Grape Growers.
