Ch. 311 2005 LAWS OF MARYLAND
(1) study and make recommendations regarding the establishment of a
Prescription Drug Repository Program in the State, including:
(i) types of drugs that may be donated to the Program;
(ii) types of drugs that may not be donated to the Program;
(iii) who may donate drugs to the Program;
(iv) entities that may receive drugs for distribution;
(v) standards and procedures for accepting, storing, and dispensing
donated drugs;
(vi) eligibility requirements for individuals wishing to receive
donated drugs;
(vii) standards and procedures for inspecting donated drugs;
(viii) the appropriate entity to operate the Program;
(ix) liability issues;
(x) fees; and
(xi) any other matter relating to the establishment of a Prescription
Drug Repository Program; and
(2) report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and, in
accordance with § 2-1246 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly, on
or before January 1, 2006.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect October July 1, 2005. It shall remain effective for a period of 1 year and, at the
end of June 30, 2006, with no further action required by the General Assembly, this
Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.

AN ACT concerning
Cecil County - Solicitation of Money or Donations from Occupants of
Vehicles - Prohibitions and Exceptions
FOR the purpose of prohibiting, in Cecil County, a person from standing, or causing,
encouraging, allowing, or petitioning another to stand, in a roadway, median
divider, or intersection to solicit money or donations from the occupant of a
vehicle, subject to a certain exception; authorizing the County Commissioners of
Cecil County or the governing body of a municipal corporation in Cecil County to
