Ch. 282 2005 LAWS OF MARYLAND
the Medicare Option Prescription Drug Program be the payer of last resort and
only cover certain costs; requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene
to provide certain notice to the Department of Legislative Services; altering
certain definitions; defining certain terms; providing for the effective date of
certain provisions of this Act; and generally relating to modifications of the
Senior Prescription Drug Program Maryland pharmacy programs.
