(i) In Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, Harford,
Howard, Montgomery, Prince George's, Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester counties;
and
(ii) In Baltimore City.
(g) A person, other than the owner or occupant, while hunting for any wild
bird or mammal may not shoot or discharge any firearm or other deadly weapon
within 150 yards, known as the "safety zone," of a dwelling house, residence,
CHURCH, or other building or camp occupied by human beings, or shoot at any wild
bird or mammal while it is within this area, without the specific advance permission
of the owner or occupant. During any open hunting season, a person, other than the
owner or occupant, may not hunt or chase willfully any wild bird or mammal within
the safety zone without the specific advance permission of the owner or occupant.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect October 1, 2005.

(House Bill 1392)
AN ACT concerning
Alcoholic Beverages - Furnishing for or Allowing Underage Consumption -
Fines
FOR the purpose of increasing the fines for first and subsequent offenders of the
prohibition against knowingly furnishing an alcoholic beverage to an individual
under the age of 21 years for the purpose of consumption and of the prohibition
against knowingly and willingly allowing an individual under the age of 21
years actually to possess or consume an alcoholic beverage at a certain
residence; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages violations.
