(iii) other experts on identity theft; and (3) survey State agencies to determine compliance with federal and
State laws relating to the collection and use of Social Security numbers, including the

provisions of § 10-624 of the State Government Article and 5 U.S.C, § 552a of the
Federal Privacy Act

Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. § 552a;
and (3) (4) make recommendations regarding possible remedies to identity
theft, including statutory changes. (g) The Task Force shall report its findings and recommendations to the
General Assembly on or before December 31, 2006. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 2005. It shall remain effective for a period of 1 year and 7 months and, at the
end of January 31, 2007, with no further action required by the General Assembly,
this Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect. Approved April 26, 2005.
CHAPTER 243
(House Bill 851) AN ACT concerning Caroline County and Cecil County - Alcoholic Beverages - Wineries FOR the purpose of authorizing Class A light wine licenses to be issued in Caroline
County and Cecil County; altering the maximum percentage of alcohol by
volume allowed in light wine for light wine licenses issued in Cecil County;
requiring in Caroline County that the Board of License Commissioners set a
certain fee with the approval of the Board of County Commissioners; exempting
Cecil County wineries applying for a certain license from certain quotas; and
generally relating to wineries in Caroline County and Cecil County. BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
