preservation of the public health or safety, has been passed by a yea and nay vote
supported by three-fifths of all of the members elected to each of the two Houses of

CHAPTER 207
(House Bill 402) AN ACT concerning Commercial Fertilizer - Ammonium Nitrate - Identification for Sale or Distribution Information FOR the purpose of requiring a distributor of ammonium nitrate to maintain, for a
certain period of time, a record of certain information of sale or distribution
information; authorizing a distributor to refuse to sell or distribute ammonium
nitrate in under certain circumstances;
requiring a distributor to report make
available certain information to the Secretary of Agriculture at certain times
upon a certain request; prohibiting the Secretary from registering certain
distributors
requiring the Secretary of Agriculture to maintain certain records
in a certain manner except under certain circumstances; requiring the
Secretary, in consultation with the Office of Homeland Security, to adopt certain
regulations; and generally relating to the sale or distribution of ammonium
nitrate. BY adding to Article - Agriculture Section 6-209.1 Annotated Code of Maryland (1999 Replacement Volume and 2004 Supplement) - 1183 -
