(i) Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. through [1 a.m.] 1:45
A.M. the following day; and (ii) Sunday from 12 noon through 12 midnight, except if Christmas
Eve or New Year's Eve is on a Sunday, from 12 noon through 2 a.m. the following day. (13) For the holders of a Class A beer, wine and liquor license, sales are
permitted: (i) Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. through 12 midnight the
following day; and (ii) Sunday from 12 noon through 12 midnight, except if Christmas
Eve or New Year's Eve is on a Sunday, from 12 noon through 2 a.m. the following day. (c) (1) On-sale consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed [for 1 hour
after the times that license holders must cease sales under subsection (b) of this
section]: (I)       UNTIL 2 A.M.; OR (II)     IF CHRISTMAS EVE OR NEW YEAR'S EVE IS ON A SUNDAY, UNTIL
3 A.M. THE FOLLOWING DAY. (2) [When the hour for consumption allowed under paragraph (1) of this
subsection ends,] AT THE TIME CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MUST
END UNDER PARAGRAPH (1)(I) OR (II) OF THIS SUBSECTION, all tables and bar areas
must be cleared of alcoholic beverages. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 2005. Approved April 26, 2005.
CHAPTER 159
(Senate Bill 551) AN ACT concerning Vehicle Laws - Bicycles and Motor Scooters - Exceptions to Requirement to Stay Right FOR the purpose of creating certain additional exceptions to the requirement that a
person operating a bicycle or motor scooter stay as near to the right of the
roadway as is safe and practical; establishing that the requirement to stay to the
right only applies to a bicycle or motor scooter that is traveling at a speed less
than the normal speed of traffic under certain circumstances; and generally
relating to the requirement to stay as near to the right of the roadway as is safe
and practical while operating a bicycle or motor scooter.
