(House Bill 1083)
AN ACT concerning
Corporations and Associations - Filing Fees - Family Farms
FOR the purpose of altering a certain fee collected by the State Department of
Assessments and Taxation for the filing of an annual report by a certain family
farm; requiring an individual to file a charter amendment for a certain family
farm under certain circumstances; defining a certain term; making technical
changes; and generally relating to filing fees imposed on corporations and other
entities.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article - Corporations and Associations
1-203.
(a) In addition to any organization and capitalization fee required under §
1-204 of this [article] SUBTITLE, subject to subsection (c) of this section, the
Department shall collect the fees specified in subsection (b) of this section.
(b) (3) (ii) For each of the following documents which are filed but not
recorded, the filing fee is as indicated:
Annual report of a Maryland corporation, except a charitable or benevolent
