(House Bill 938)
AN ACT concerning
Carroll County - Gaining - Senior Center Site Councils
FOR the purpose of authorizing senior center site councils in Carroll County to
conduct billiards, card games, and bingo in senior centers; authorizing senior
center site councils to award certain prizes of money to winners of certain
games; specifying that certain money be distributed to a senior center site
council; specifying certain costs for certain games; specifying the days that
certain games may be conducted; altering a certain definition; making certain
technical corrections; and generally relating to gaming in Carroll County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(a) This subtitle applies only in Carroll County.
13-905.
(b) An organization listed in § 13-903 OR § 13-907 of this subtitle may award a
prize of money or merchandise using a gaming device other than a card game, dice
game, or roulette.
