Section 4-201(a)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(2005 Replacement Volume) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages 4-201. (a) A Class A light wine license may be issued only in: (1)     Anne Arundel County; (2)     Baltimore County; (3)     Calvert County; (4)     Caroline County; (5)     Carroll County; (6)     Cecil County; (7)     Dorchester County; (8)     Frederick County; (9)     Garrett County; (10)   Harford County; (11)    HOWARD COUNTY; [(11)] (12) Montgomery County; [(12)] (13) Queen Anne's County; [(13)] (14) St. Mary's County; [(14)] (15) Somerset County; [(15)] (16) Talbot County; and [(16)] (17) Washington County. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 2006. Approved April 25, 2006.
