CHAPTER 140
(Senate Bill 615)
AN ACT concerning
Wicomico County - Alcohol Awareness Program
FOR the purpose of adding Wicomico County to the list of counties in which
certification of certain licensees and other persons by an alcohol awareness
program is required and in which certain other requirements must be met;
providing that the requirements do not apply to certain licensees in Wicomico
County; and generally relating to requirements of alcohol awareness programs
in Wicomico County.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
