SECTION 10. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 2006.

AN ACT concerning
Department of Natural Resources - State Boat Act
FOR the purpose of repealing certain provisions of the State Boat Act relating to
out-of-state manufacturers and dealers, including certain registration fees and
certain reporting requirements; repealing certain provisions relating to the
issuance of temporary certificates of boat number; repealing the Boat Dealer
Assurance Fund; altering a certain definition; requiring that funds in the Boat
Dealer Assurance Fund, as of a certain date, revert to the General Fund; and
generally relating to the revision of the State Boat Act.
