AND SANITARY HOUSING WITHOUT OVERCROWDING. REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language derived without
substantive change from former Art. 44A, § 4— 102(j). In the introductory language of this subsection, the reference to "an
individual or a family" is substituted for the former reference to "persons of
families" for clarity. The former statement "[a]s applied in Prince George's County, § 1-103(r) of
this article shall instead provide as follows" is deleted as surplusage. • Defined terms: "Area of operation" § 12—101
"Housing project" § 17-101
"Prince George's Authority" § 17-101 (E)     PRINCE GEORGE'S AUTHORITY. "PRINCE GEORGE'S AUTHORITY" MEANS THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF PRINCE
GEORGE'S COUNTY. REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language added to provide a
convenient reference to the Housing Authority of Prince George's County. 17-102. APPLICABILITY OF TITLE 12. TITLE 12 OF THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO THE PRINCE GEORGE'S AUTHORITY AND
OTHER HOUSING AUTHORITIES IN PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY EXCEPT WHERE IT IS
INCONSISTENT WITH THIS TITLE.
