RESOLUTION NO. 2006-03 A Resolution of The Commissioners of St. Michaels to Amend the Charter of St.
Michaels, to Permit Disposal By the Town of Personal Property Without the Notice Required for Disposal of Real Property, and to Permit Disposal By the Town of Certain Assets, Including Assets of the Electric Utility Owned by the Town, Which Disposal Was Previously Prohibited, By Amending the Following: Article III, Section 1, Subsection (47); Article X, Section 1, Subsection (c); and Article XI, Section 3, Subsection (c). [Sections 1(47) of Article III, 1(c) of Article X, and 3(c) of Article XI of the Charter
of the Town of St. Michaels, Talbot County, as found in the Public Local Laws of

SALISBURY (Wicomico County) RESOLUTION NO. 1229 A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situate contiguous to and
binding upon the Westerly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as the
"Pemberton Drive - Schneider Property Annexation" being an area located on the
