Certain Assets, Including Assets of the Electric Utility Owned by the Town, Which
Disposal Was Previously Prohibited, By Amending the Following: Article III, Section
1, Subsection (47); Article X, Section 1, Subsection (c); and Article XI, Section 3,
Subsection (c).

annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situate contiguous to and
binding upon the Westerly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as the
"Pemberton Drive - Schneider Property Annexation" being an area located on the
Northwesterly side of Pemberton Drive.
