RECORDED IN THE LAND RECORDS OF PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY IN
LIBER 9898 FOLIO 201 ALSO KNOWN AS LOT 1, BLOCK "B" AND PART OF
PARCEL "A" AS SHOWN ON A PLAT OF SUBDIVISION ENTITLED
"ROSEDALE" AND RECORDED IN THE LAND RECORDS OF PRINCE
GEORGE'S COUNTY IN PLAT BOOK WWW18 AT PLAT 53 BEING MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A". ALL PROPERTY BEING
PLACED IN THE R-MD ZONE.

A Resolution concerning:
The Charter of the Town of Manchester
FOR THE PURPOSE OF amending certain provisions of said Charter providing for
the powers and duties of the office of Mayor and Town Manager by repealing, and
repealing and reenacting with amendments, certain sections of said Charter.
[Sections C4-5, C4-6, C4-7 of the Charter of the Town of Manchester, Carroll
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
