CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 2004-1
RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Council of the Town of Hurlock, Maryland,
adopted by the authority of Article 11E of the Constitution of the State of Maryland
and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as
amended) entitled, "Corporations—Municipal" to amend the Charter of the Town of
Hurlock, Maryland, by repealing and reenacting Sub-section (c), by amendment, of
Section 308, entitled "Ordinances" of Article III entitled "The Council" of said Charter.
[Section 308 of the Charter of the Town of Hurlock, Dorchester County, as found
in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990
Replacement Edition and 2005 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF HYATTSVILLE,
MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of
Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition, as amended), to amend the Charter of the said City, said Charter being a part
of the public local laws of Maryland (1963 Edition, as amended), which Article
contains in whole or in part the Charter of the City of Hyattsville, Maryland, whereby
the Mayor and City Council clarify that the Oath of Office is required for Department
Heads.
