TITLE 13. CITY OF ANNAPOLIS.
13-101. DEFINITIONS.
(A) IN GENERAL.
IN THIS TITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED.

introductory language to a definition section.
(B) ANNAPOLIS AUTHORITY.
"ANNAPOLIS AUTHORITY" MEANS THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
ANNAPOLIS.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language added to provide a
convenient reference to the Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis.
(C) COMMISSIONER
"COMMISSIONER" MEANS A COMMISSIONER OF THE ANNAPOLIS AUTHORITY.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language added to provide a
convenient reference to a Commissioner of the Annapolis Authority.
13-102. APPLICABILITY OF TITLE 12.
TITLE 12 OF THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO THE ANNAPOLIS AUTHORITY EXCEPT
WHERE IT IS INCONSISTENT WITH THIS TITLE.
