AN ACT concerning
Administration - Gift to Baltimore County - Procedure
FOR the purpose of establishing a streamlined procedure for the receipt of certain
gifts to the County; exempting certain gifts and grants; requiring certain
persons to submit a certain letter with certain information to a County office or
department; requiring the County office or department to prepare a summary of
the gift to the County; providing for notice of the gift to the County Council and
a certain time period for the County Council to object to the gift; providing that
the gift shall be submitted to the County Council for approval by resolution
under certain circumstances; and generally relating to the procedure for receipt
of certain gifts to the County.
BY adding
Section 3-11-101, 3-11-102, and 3-11-103, inclusive, to be under the new title
"Title 11. Gift Review Procedure"
