AN ACT concerning
Board of Appeals - Rules of Practice and Procedure
FOR the purpose of approving amendments to the rules of procedure of the Board of
Appeals; providing for the filling of certain vacancies; prohibiting certain audio
and video recordings of hearings and deliberations; clarifying who may request a
postponement; providing for the withdrawal of a petition under certain
circumstances; providing for authorization for representatives of associations
under certain circumstances; providing for a Motion for Reconsideration;
making certain technical changes; and generally relating to the rules of practice
and procedure of the Board of Appeals.
