Personnel and Position Control

service in the Circuit Court.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 8, § 2-102(b)(l)

AN ORDINANCE concerning:
Subdivision and Development
FOR the purpose of altering and adding certain definitions; modifying a certain
provision regarding a certain exception to the applicability of Article 26: altering
a certain provision establishing when an original developer lot is buildable;
expanding the requirements relating to pre-submission community meetings;
amending certain provisions relating to appeals to the Board of Appeals;
altering and adding certain provisions pertaining to County webpage notices;
adding a certain provision that will provide for a post sketch plan approval
meeting; clarifying the applicability of required recreation area; clarifying
certain provisions relating to the use of amended record plats; requiring that
certain information relating to pre-submission community meetings be attached
to site development plans; exempting a certain type of development from a
certain test for adequate public facilities; clarifying a certain mitigation
requirement in the Parole Town Center Growth Management Area; modifying a
certain exception exceptions to the applicability of forest conservation
requirements and modifying requirements for filing a declaration of intent:
adding, repealing, and altering certain requirements relating to forest
mitigation banks; modifying the requirements for execution of a forestation
agreement; adding a certain provision relating to abandonment of forest
conservation easements; adding certain provisions relating to the payment of
certain monies into the Forest Conservation Fund; adding a certain provision
pertaining to certain violations of the Forest Conservation subtitle: adding
certain requirements relating to the size of certain parking spaces; providing
certain exceptions to security requirements for a public works agreement;
altering certain provisions regarding certain conflicts among certain
