AN ORDINANCE concerning:
Food Service Facilities and Environmental Health Inspection and Permit
Fees
FOR the purpose of changing the fees for certain licenses, inspections, and permits for
food service facilities, liquid waste haulers, public swimming pools, wells, soil
percolation tests, and rooming houses and multiple dwellings; establishing a
Health Department plan review process for certain swimming pools; setting a
fee for certain plan reviews; adding fees for certain installation inspections;
changing certain fees for repair reviews; establishing fees for inspection of
nitrogen-reducing nonconventional sewage disposal systems, advanced
pretreatment systems and certain combination installations of sewage disposal
components; and generally relating to inspection and permit fees for food service
and environmental health facilities and licenses.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 14, §§ 6-101(b) and (c), and 6-102(c); Article 16, §§ 9A-103(c), 16-201(b),
and 21-101; Article 20, §§ 2-102(36), 6-103, and 6-202(15); and Article 22,
§ 3-106(c)
