AN ACT Concerning
Zoning - Applications for Building Permits
For the purpose of revising the building permit application procedures to provide that
in certain situations where water and wastewater systems are being constructed to
serve a project under single ownership where there is no third party reliance, the
applicant would not be required to construct or bond the infrastructure prior to the
issuance of a building permit.

Zoning - Telecommunication Facilities
For the purpose of amending the Zoning and Subdivision Control Article to revise the
telecommunication facilities regulations to permit the separation distance to
residential structures on an adjacent lot to be reduced for certain nonconforming
telecommunication facilities.

AN ACT Concerning
Public Safety - Animal Control
For the purpose of amending the Animal Control Subtitle of the Public Safety Article
to provide for additional control with respect to dogs and cats and to provide for
control of other animal species and the disposition of animals impounded by the
County.
