Ordinance No. 05-14 AN ACT CONCERNING the Authorization of Certain Incidental Residential
Architectural Features and Providing Exceptions to Minimum Setbacks. FOR THE PURPOSE of exempting driveways, curbs, fences and walls from
zoning approval under Part 7 of Chapter 18 of the Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's
County and providing exceptions to minimum setbacks for certain incidental
residential architectural features; BY REPEALING AND READOPTING WITH AMENDMENTS Section 18:1-40
of Chapter 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County, (1996 Ed.).
Ordinance No. 05-16 AN ACT CONCERNING the Establishment of a Continuing County Residency
Requirement for Appointment to or Service on County Boards and Commissions; FOR THE PURPOSE of requiring that all persons appointed to Boards and
Commissions by the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County shall be
residents of the County at the time of appointment and further providing that such
persons shall not continue service on any such Board or Commission upon
relinquishing residency in Queen Anne's County. BY AMENDING Section 4-10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's
County (1996 Ed.).
Amendment No. 1 to Ordinance No. 05-16 AN ACT CONCERNING the Establishment of a Continuing County Residency
