12-606. AUTHORITY AS AGENT OR LESSEE OF FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
AN AUTHORITY MAY EXERCISE ITS POWERS ANYWHERE IN THE STATE AS AN
AGENT OR LESSEE OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IN THE DEVELOPMENT,
CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION, OR MANAGEMENT OF A PROJECT UNDERTAKEN BY
THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FOR HOUSING MILITARY PERSONNEL.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived without substantive
change from former Art. 44A, § 1-606.
The former reference to a "housing" project is deleted to conform to the
terminology used throughout this subtitle.

12-607. EFFECT OF SUBTITLE.
(A) POWERS ARE ADDITIONAL AND DO NOT SUPPLANT OTHER POWERS.
THE POWERS CONFERRED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE ARE IN ADDITION TO AND DO
NOT SUPPLANT ANY OTHER POWERS CONFERRED BY LAW.
(B) SUBTITLE NOT LIMITING.
THIS SUBTITLE DOES NOT LIMIT ANY OTHER POWER OF AN AUTHORITY.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived without substantive
change from former Art. 44A, § 1-607.
In subsection (a) of this section, the statement that the powers conferred
by this subtitle "may not supplant" any other power is substituted for the
former statement that the powers are "supplemental" for clarity.
