AN ACT concerning
REQUIREMENTS FOR MID-RISE AND HIGH-RISE APARTMENTS
FOR the purpose of allowing flexibility in the PRD for the placement of mid-rise
apartments and establishing high-rise apartments as a special exception in the
PRD, MX and TOD zones.
