Also in subsection (b)(6) of this section, the former reference to "privileges"
is deleted in light of the reference to "rights". In subsection (b)(8) of this section, the reference to "housing" is substituted
for the former reference to "dwellings" to conform to the terminology used
throughout this article. In subsection (b)(9) of this section, the former reference to ordinances "that
may be enacted from time to time" is deleted as surplusage. In subsection (c) of this section, the statement that the powers conferred by
