House Bill 1487, which was passed by the General Assembly and allowed to go into
effect without my signature, accomplishes the same purpose. Therefore, it is not

AN ACT concerning
Rural Maryland Prosperity Investment Fund
FOR the purpose of establishing the Rural Maryland Prosperity Investment Fund as
a special fund for certain purposes; providing for the administration of the Fund;
providing for the disbursement of money from the Fund in certain proportions
and for certain purposes; authorizing the inclusion of certain appropriations in
the State budget in certain fiscal years; providing for the award of certain grants
from the Fund for certain purposes; requiring a certain annual report to the
Governor and the General Assembly; stating findings of the General Assembly;
defining certain terms; providing for the termination of this Act; and generally
relating to the Rural Maryland Prosperity Investment Fund.

AQUACULTURAL, EQUINE, FLORICULTURAL, HORTICULTURAL, ORNAMENTAL,
SILVICULTURAL, OR VITICULTURAL CROP, INCLUDING:
