City, subject to a requirement that the grantee grant and convey
a historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may
consist of funds expended prior to the effective date of this Act
(Baltimore City)............................................................................... 250,000
(AC) Peale Museum. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i) $125,000
or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the Board of
Trustees of the Baltimore City Historical Society, Inc. for the
planning, design, construction, repair, renovation,
reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Peale Museum,
located in Baltimore City, subject to a requirement that the
grantee grant and convey a historic easement to the Maryland
Historical Trust (Baltimore City)................................................... 125,000
(AD) The Powerhouse. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$125,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Directors of The East Harbor Community Development
Corporation for the planning, design, construction, repair,
renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of a
community center, to be located in Baltimore City, subject to a
requirement that the grantee grant and convey a historic
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Baltimore City) . 125,000
(AE) Sandi's Learning Center. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$300,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Directors of Sandi's Learning Center, Inc. for the
planning, design, and construction of a day care center, to be
located in Baltimore City. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this
Act, the matching fund may consist of funds expended prior to
the effective date of this Act (Baltimore City)................................ 300,000
(AF) School 33 Art Center. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$125,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Directors of The Baltimore Office of Promotion and the
Arts, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, repair,
renovation, and capital equipping of the School 33 Art Center,
located in Baltimore City, subject to a requirement that the
grantee grant and convey a historic easement to the Maryland
Historical Trust. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Baltimore City)...................................... 125,000
(AG) Winchester Street Potter's House. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $125,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Winchester Street Potter's
